Over our long history, the IPA has always argued for a collaborative, partnership-based approach at workplace level.
We have gathered evidence that new ways of working, based on trust and collaboration, deliver better workplaces and better outcomes – increased productivity, improved employee wellbeing and better services.
This evidence informs the practical support we are able to offer to organisations across the UK economy.
We continue to gather evidence to make the case for collaborative working and the opportunities for organisations in developing strong relationships with recognised trade unions, and involving the workforce in the decision-making process.
As a registered charity all our materials are shared on this website with a view to disseminating good practice and helping organisations to development their employment relations strategy.
If you would like to know more about the practical support IPA can offer – consultancy, learning and development programmes – please contact our Head of Operations, Sarah Dawson: sarah.dawson@ipa-involve.com
