Speak at events

Our experienced public speakers are available to address a wide range of events, from academic seminars and panel events to industry-wide conferences or internal corporate away days.

We are able to address a range of employment related subjects, including trade unions and employment relations, productivity, employee voice and engagement, employee wellbeing, just transition and introduction of AI, new technology and the future of work.

Our speakers

Nita Clarke OBE – IPA Director

“Will you please pass on to Nita my huge personal thanks for her outstanding contribution to our Development Event on Wednesday.  It was nothing short of magnificent. To hold the attention of so many people for an hour-and-a-half was in itself talent written large. The buzz that Nita created carried on and everyone valued and appreciated her presence with us.”

“Amazing presentation, engagement, knowledge and delivery, very useful information – most helpful”
“I wouldn’t want to start the week without another word of thank you for your invaluable contribution to our Annual Stakeholder Forum. Both your key note as well as interventions during the plenary debate helped a lot to make the overall event a great experience for all participants.”

Lucy O’Melia, Head of Learning and Development

Lucy has more than a decade’s experience developing partnership working across teams and organisations in often complex settings. She has worked with leaders from across sectors to take a systematic and participative approach to organisational improvement.

Recent conference speaking engagements include the CIPD Festival of Work on employee wellbeing and the IES Annual Conference on productivity.
